Charles is an endurance coach passionate about helping athletes discover how smart, structured training can unlock their potential. With a background in long-course triathlon and running, he combines data-driven programming with the human side of coaching — making sure athletes stay motivated, resilient, and on track toward their goals. At SOLO Endurance, Charles brings the mindset of training for life, not just one race.
Roger is a Sport Specialist Chiropractor with a fellowship in sport sciences and years of experience working with athletes from weekend warriors to Ironman world championship qualifiers. His approach blends rehab, mobility, and performance care to keep athletes healthy, injury-free, and ready to perform at their best. Roger leads Solo Therapy with the vision of integrating therapy into every stage of training and recovery.
Tyson is a strength and conditioning coach specializing in helping endurance athletes build power, mobility, and resilience. He believes strength work isn’t just about lifting more — it’s about creating a stronger body that can handle the demands of training and racing. Tyson leads Solo Strength with a focus on functional movement, durability, and helping athletes feel confident in and out of the gym.
